One of the most important projects that Customs and its partners have worked on is the provision of customs services through the Unified Electronic Import and Export System (FH Platform), which enables import and export participants to submit and follow up orders and meet all requirements of the relevant government agencies without having to visit them, in addition to providing full transparency in dealing with customers by tracking shipments and identifying fees.
